Rajarshi School of Management and Technology (RSMT) proudly commenced its five-day Student Induction Program for the new batches of Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) and Bachelor of Computer Applications (BCA) on July 29th, 2025. The auspicious occasion began with the traditional lamp lighting ceremony performed by the esteemed dignitaries, setting a reverent tone for the program and symbolizing the enlightenment that awaits the students.
The inaugural session featured an impressive lineup of distinguished speakers who profoundly inspired and motivated the incoming students, shaping their perspectives on their roles in the dynamic global business environment. Professor Aman Gupta, Director In-charge, RSMT, delivered a heartfelt welcome address, articulating RSMT's vision to nurture talent and foster student success through unwavering excellence in teaching, research, and community development. As the Chief Guest, Professor Harikesh Singh, Former Vice Chancellor of Jay Prakash University, graced the event with his presence, offering profound words of wisdom that will undoubtedly guide students in their academic and professional journeys. His address provided invaluable perspectives on navigating the demands of higher education and future careers. Further enriching the session, Professor D.K. Singh, Principal of Udai Pratap College, as a Guest of Honor, shared insightful deliberations, while Shri Rajesh Bhatia Ji, another esteemed Guest of Honor and a beacon of entrepreneurial success, inspired the students with his remarkable journey. As the President of The Small Industries Association and the President of the UP Corrugated Box Manufacturers Association, his insights into industrial growth and academic synergy served as a powerful testament to the potential of vision and perseverance.
