RSMT Organizes Guest Lecture on "Personal Branding and Career Growth" for MBA Students:
Rajarshi School of Management and Technology (RSMT) successfully organized a special guest lecture on "Personal Branding and Career Growth" for the students of MBA First Year and Final Year.
The session aimed to bridge the gap between academic learning and corporate expectations, equipping budding managers with the tools needed to build a strong professional identity.
The keynote speaker for the event was renowned expert Dr. Ripudaman Gaur, who delivered a highly engaging and practical session. Dr. Gaur highlighted the importance of establishing a distinctive personal brand in today’s competitive corporate landscape, offering actionable strategies on how students can gain visibility among top employers and develop genuine workplace confidence.
He also addressed effective communication, self-presentation, and navigating modern hiring processes.
Dr. Gaur was accompanied by his team members, including proud RSMT alumnus Mr. Vineet Upadhyay, along with Mr. Satyendra Singh, Mr. Amit, and other associates, who were warmly welcomed by the institution.
The event commenced with a welcome address by Prof. Aman Gupta, Director (In-charge), RSMT, who underscored the importance of continuous skill development and industry exposure for management graduates.
The session witnessed the esteemed presence of Dr. P.N. Singh(Head Management Department-MBA), Dr. C.P. Singh (Head, Department of Computer Applications - BCA), along with the entire faculty and staff community of RSMT.
The program concluded with a formal vote of thanks delivered by Dr. Garima Anand from the Training and Placement Cell, who expressed heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Gaur and his team for their valuable time, practical insights, and mentorship.
